The workout and instruction itself is fine. Yoga is a great way to work out on an active rest day and stretch those tired muscles. These are the best workouts in the Morning Meltdown. ![]() I find the strength workouts to be challenging, I get a good sweat and calorie burn. Jericho gives good cues and instructions, she will not start a move without showing it first. Jericho is a friendly and likeable instructor. What makes the Morning Meltdown 100 worthwhile is the strength training workouts. You will get a little shoulder work in the lower body workouts, and your muscles need the rest. I love that she breaks it up into upper and lower body workouts she spaces apart. Phase 2’s last leg workout left me sore, which is a rarity. I finished Phase 2 last week and here are my final thoughts. Especially if you are here trying to find out if Morning Meltdown 100 is worth it. You should really read my review of Phase 1 because I also cover some other issues that you must know.
